Digital delivery is email only...like if you have a $25 gift card you can send the code to them thru email instead of waiting for them to receive it in the mail you can get credits faster that way because you don't receive the credits until the person receives their item

It comes with downloadable content other then that i don't really know...i don't know if the content has been used already..i got it from a friend awhile ago and i never tried to use it and i do not have a PS3 anymore
