A lot of people make their own. I'll buy white sage and/or regular sage from the produce stand or section of a grocery store, dry it out, then make it. White sage comes from a witch store I go to sometimes. I love the smell of it. Never mixed it with lavender but I'll have to try that since I'll be growing some soon.
