This Clown is Called, "Dreams" and it's from the Paul Sebastian Collection of Fine Porcelain. Since it doesn't have a sticker I did research and found out that it's Manufactured by Meico, Made in Republic of China.

It is in very good condition because there are no chips or cracks but I have noticed a pencil dot on the hat area, I don't know if it's was during making or if it's part of the piece, just wanted to note it cause the rest of the clown is white with blue, pink and gray pastels.

Clown is 71/8 " high and 4 1/4 wide and 5 1/2 deep, the bottom has red felt.
