I bought it online as a small, but when it got shipped to me it was the wrong size.

The pants was made without a zipper, it's just sewed, so only the button is normal.

Would these be too tight for a size 24? Or size 0?

I'm sorry for the late reply, but I honestly do not know if it would fit a 0. I know Wetseal sizes can be a gamble, but, I'm always a 5 and these pants wouldn't fit past my thighs.

So sorry, I have no idea how they would fit you. I think the best fit would be a junior that's 5'2" or under and less than 110lbs. It wouldn't even fit past my thighs. It's a gamble, sorry :(

Let's see... When I tried this on last time I was 119 lbs and my hips was about a 36 in. and I am 5' 2 1/2." I have a big butt, so I don't know how much of a butt or not would do good in this jegging.
