At first glance this book appears to look Like New but I am going to call it in Very Good condition only, due to some flaws – some wear and rub marks to the cover and the cover borders and corners, several spine creases, normal tanning of the pages from normal aging, a small dog ear on p. 104, and a dog ear with a light crease to the back cover, lower left corner. Still this is a VERY nice book for some lucky bidder!
