The listing, Vintage Vanity Set - Free shipping/GIN/Tracking has ended.

This is a pretty vanity set that I bought at an antique shop when I was 17. That was about 40 years ago. I don't know the age of the set. The pictures do not do it justice and before you ask, this is not a set from Avon (lol). It is made from very heavy glass and might be hand-blown but I am not 100% sure. There is the characteristic swirl on the bottom. There is a vanity jar to put hairpins or whatever in and 2 perfume bottles but unfortunately one of the stoppers was lost in a move. This would make a cute bud vase. In full disclosure, I did notice a scratch on one of the bottles but it is not a crack. I made sure of that. I have had it on my vanity for years and I hope it goes to a good home.

You have beaded oval pattern glass circa 1891....I had the glass box , perfume as well as the mirrored vanity tray but alas they are long gone..I am nuts for early American pattern glass...very nice pieces!

I hate to give them up but I have had no place to put these. I also had the tray but that was lost also in the move. I would rather have someone enjoy these then have them sitting in a box.

OMG I have the two perfume bottles I have the tray I do not have the hair pin jar. They are very old . My mother started out with the one perfume bottle that was given to her when she was young then I found the tray and two perfume bottles. And now I find out there was a hair pin dish. I can not believe my eye. A fan and watching god I have to have it .

Im glad to see the interest in this...pieces like this are are so wonderful as they have been kept over generations...when glass this age has a crack , scratch or chip it has never stopped me from buying it as something 125 years old has earned its flaws...I will keep watching till the end!
