Here's how to redeem your download:

Open an account for North America region PSN (or use your existing SEN account).
From the PSN icon on the PS3™ system XMB menu, select 'PlayStation®Store'; or, from the PlayStation®Vita home menu, select the 'PS Store' icon.
On your PS3™ system, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the PlayStation®Store menu; on your PlayStation®Vita system, select the 'Redeem Codes' icon from the PS Store menu.
Enter the Code. Please note that the Code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.
Once the Code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on your PS3™ system; on your PlayStation®Vita system, select 'Next'.
Select 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete Code redemption.
