You can usually find your coins on Google or as was mentioned above En.numista.com is a great reference source. I used Google Images using "What is the Asian Coin with Wheat on the back?" and I got tons of pics of the same coin you have listed once you find the coin you can go from the picture to information about the pictured coin. Not always reliable, but definitely a step in the right direction. As Mattyeackle5 stated The more clear the photos are the more likely it will sell better and for more credits,

Experience and also the previously mentioned website , However these still have a date on them that could be identified , if you had more of these and wanted to identify them just look up "Japanese coin dates" on Google that would help you out.
