The listing, Beautiful Blue, Black & White Dress! Size 18 has ended.

I won this on here, but it's been in my closet, since the day I received it. I thought I was going to wear it but dresses are not my thing. It's beautiful! It also has a back slip attached to the inside. Size 18. It is 30 inches in length and under the bust area it is 19 inches.

Hi, Sheila. I added another pic of the material that it's made out of. It does have a little stretch to it under the bust area, where the stripped material is. Under that it is pretty much flowy and stretches pretty well.
P.S.
In the bust area it can fit up to a DD.

I do that too! See something here on Listia & think ~ "Oh, It's perfect!" Then you never use it! Or you use it 1 time & it sits there till you finally list it :) Now I don't feel so guilty about those impulse bids :) LOL Watching & Fanned :)
