This is a pill case on a key chain. This was made for Nitroglycerin so it could be carried with you. I have one that was sent to me from Bayer in the mail. It was meant to be used to carry aspirin in case of a heart attack. (If you should feel that you may be having a heart attack take a full dose aspirin tablet. Chew it so it will get in your system quickly. GET HELP! Call an ambulance, call a friend. Don't be afraid to ask for help.) The case is plastic and has a seal to help protect.
