I beat this game recently and it was excellent with lots of upgradable options for your weapon.

The disc has some slight scratches but works just fine. Case and booklet are included.

I actually ended up with 2 copies because I bought a bundle of xbox 360 games from e-bay that included this game. That was after I had auctioned my original copy. So, think of this one as your "second chance offer" Happy bidding.

It's a great game that I know he will enjoy.I beat the game and a separate downloaded adventure that you can get from the marketplace and it was great.Full of adventure and humor.
