100 color eyeshadow pallet by elf! Still has plastic on applicator and mirror! Never been used or tested.

3 times now the person who has won this auction has not contacted me or replied to my attempts at contacting them for shipping address and payment, or acted like they didn't see the shipping! Shipping is 5$ because I have bubble wrapped the heck out of the pallet so it can have safe travels to you! I only take paypal for shipping, and if I do not hear from you in 7 days after winning the auction I will relist with no refund of credits (per listia rules) and you must have a listia verified address.
