I usually wear a 34....i don't know if a 38 would be too big.....it's been literally years & years (at least 7) since I have bought new lingerie! My hubby has never really liked it but it's time for me to get some sexy unmentionable just for me! Do you think the 2 bras you have listed right now would work? Sorry for the late response, I just saw this. Unfortunately I think if you're a 34 then 38 will most likely be too big. It's up to you.

No, the cup itself is padded, but no extra padding beyond that. You can see in the pic that it has slits in the middle if the cup where you could add padding I think. I'm not sure, I have never worn it.
