One autographed Topps baseball card with Brett Boone with the Cincinnati Reds.My son has had this for a few years. It was in the case when he bought it and never been taken out. It looks like it is a signature done with a navy or dark sharpie. When tilted in the light there is a reflection that looks like pen marks and not printed. I'm not too familiar with these cards and have no idea what coa means. My son bought this from a dealer for about five dollars many years ago. Hope this helps.
