It is and/or can be used to activate the Polish. You can see the on and off switch in the 3rd picture. The fourth picture is the Polish taken in the dark after about 3 seconds with the light on.

USE THE GIN FOR A BONUS!!

The GIN bonus is a oz of rhinestones, an oz of glitter, and a sheet of net used for under acrylic netting designs. Net can also be used under a few coats of topcoat for those who don't do acrylics.
