To pokemonbid, you are under age. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on Listia. I know because I checked out your Facebook, which has nothing on it and your Twitter, which shows your picture, which is clear you are under 18. This is not my rule, this is Listia policy. I refuse to allow you to win my auction. If you do happen to win, I will return your credits. If I had checked out your Twitter before asking you to get verified, I would have save the time in telling you this. I am not going to jeopardize my membership on Listia by breaking the rules of their policy. I advise you to not bid anymore on this or any of my auctions. People, you must be 18 years of age or older to be on listia. this is not my rule, this is listia policy. all members should be responsible enough to read the rules and policies of listia. if you fail to do so then i am not responsible for any loss you incur. if you are found to be underage, you will forfeit the credits you used to bid on my auctions with. and if you are of age, verify you account!!!! i am tired of having the requirement in my rules, which are in accordance with listia policy, and then still having to tell people, if they arent verified, after they win, to get verified.

Them auction isn't over. There are still just over 3 hours left. How old are you people to not understand the basics of how this works. I'm about to block y'all and if either of you happen to be the winner I'm just going to refund your credits. Because you hekko don't have a Facebook or Twitter so I can tell how old you are. All this nonsense you two are talking is really becoming aggravating. I'm a very nice person but I have my limits. Yes you have to be 18 or older but they don't check if you are. So you saying different means nothing. I accept you apology. I'm sorry for my shortness but when there are those acting as if they don't know what to do, to be that's a red flag that you're too young to understand what's going on. And as far as your address problems, if in fact you do have trouble with it , then you need to contact Listia to have them help you fix it. Because I only accept addresses that have been on aced in the proper placed provided by Listia. That is the rules and policy and that's the way it's going to be. If you're the winner, Listia provides 7 days after the auction for a person to get everything in order and in the correct place. After the 7 days , according to Listia, I have the right to keep the item, re-list it if I want and keep the credits. So do what you gotta do to make it work or call it a loss. Now I'm finished going back and forth with this. Have a good night.

I'm waiting for Listia to respond to my email to them. Once they give me an answer on what to do when I am uncertain about a persons age concerning their rule that you must be 18 or older. Then I will inform everyone of their answer. You telling me you are of age does not prove it. Most people on here have Facebook and/or Twitter which shows their age. Which allows us here on Listia to go and verify that persons age if there is any doubt. You don't have either. Which is suspicious when 99,99 people have at least one of those social sites. The only thing I can see why you don't have it is because you are under age and your parents don't allow you to be on them. So, first off, everyone has to wait to see who is the highest bidder at the end of the auction. And also, I'm waiting to get Listia 's decision. Until then, I have nothing further to add to this conversation. Thanks and Good Night.
