Decorative paper images sealed with Mod Podge Sealer with painted screw to blend with the overall design(to preserve the quality of the image only one mounting hole was cut, one screw holds a single securely in place)
This collage design has acrylic rhinestone accents, glitter accented hat and a miniature rose accent.
