Is it really scratched??Honestly? I know PSP games get scratched easily but is this one bad?

the plastic on the outside is pretty bad, but the disc has only a few light scratches, nothing to cause any pause in game play

I never really played it, so it has been in a little protector thingy pretty much ever since I had it. I just can't play because my psp won't charge thru a wall charger and it won't read a memory stick
