Questions & Comments
These are awesome floats and no you can not leave your child unattended in them but really you shouldn't be leaving them unattended anyway. I used one of these for my daughter and she LOVED it. Great post, fanned you!
the float reads this is not a life saving device, don't leave child unattended while device is in use, never allow diving into this product, never leave in or near the water when not in use. all leavels of water are dangerous for babies. always keep baby at arm's reach. for babys that can sit up confidently and weigh no more than 25 lbs (11 kg) . follow these rules to avoid drowning, paralysis or other serious injury. says this also in other languages. dosn't say what age limits though.
glad u posted that post. i seen a similar auction on here which i recently returned due to flipping they recalled so i let her know i had one and had to return it .but that is a great idea to post. the info i am just very nervous to use on now util my daughter is much older.
i havn't heard anything on flipping these kinds of floats, I will have to check on that to be sure but it seemed fine for my daughter last year, but I was with her every second, shes now 2 and I am sure shes to big for it now, havn't tried this year but shes a big 2 year old, so I am sure shes to big for it now, thanks for looking.
She did alert me of the recall. I called aqua leisures to see if the style I had was a recall & they asked me the year that was printed on the back of the floati. It says 2010 & the informed me that mine IS the newer version with the new improved safety seat. they were recalling baby some floaties due to the seat tearing and children slipping under water & drowning. Glad I cleared that up.
