The baggies are sealed, the hard plastic cases are not sealed, but none of the beads have ever been used. I received these in a bead exchange and they were in this condition when I received them but I never found a project in which to use them

I use USPS, and without having a postal scale there is no way for me to know how much shipping charges are until I get to the post office. I put exact shipping so that I don't over charge people for shipping and they pay exactly what I pay, but I can't know this ahead of time unless I bought a scale. They do not weigh much so the shipping will not be much, between 1-3 dollars

Have you ever tried Stamps.com ? They give you a scale and you can get all your shipping materials delivered to you, so you can ship from home.

They are smaller then the head of a pin, that would be almost impossible to find out, and I would have to cut open sealed bags to do so
