Description

The listing, MSI GX60 (15.6inch) laptop( READ DESCRIPTION) has ended.

This is a MSI GX60 laptop, the reason why i'm putting this up is because it doesn't include the hard drive. I took out the hard drive for another laptop but if a hard drive is added with an operating system then the computer will work. This laptop is originally windows 8 so be sure to put that in if your the winner. If your looking for a laptop that is ready to use as soon as you receive it, then do not bid.
You still have to purchase a hard drive and attach it onto the laptop to work.

Last time I checked if it worked was when I took out the hard drive which was about a week ago

Specs:
CPU: AMD A10-4600M
Graphics Card: AMD Readeon HD 7970M/ 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 4GB
WIFI Card: 802.11b/g/n

As you can see on the third photo, a little bit of the plastic is ripped and the keyboard is a little stained( because I used it too much)

I would usually do Free Shipping but I bought this laptop for around one grand and it is a heavy laptop..so I would probably have to pay around $20 or more for shipping unless you live near me and can come pick it up yourself.

looking at all the boxes online maybe the large board game box will work best heres its deminsions
Inside Dimensions: 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3"
Outside Dimensions: 24-1/16" x 11-7/8" x 3-1/8"

I'm not sure what the dimensions are but there Are 2 sizes of medium flat rate boxes. And 2 sizes of large flat rate boxes. USPS website will let u know the exact dimensions. I grabbed some "priority 2day" boxes last week at the post office and they are pretty big. Not sure if that will work or not? even if u fit it in a regular box, if its under certain dimensions and girth it can still ship priority 2day. Not sure if I'd use FedEx or UPs tho, Their prices aren't cheap.

actually it wont fit in a large flat rate box either >w> i just sold a laptop on ebay and had to basically put 2 medum flat rate boxs together to make it work. the large flat rate box is just a bigger square instead of more rectangular kinda a rip off to be honest........but thats just letting you know seeing as i just sold one as well

Just wanted to add a helpful hint. It you want more bids, you should probably update this and let the bidders know your zip code. And also the dimensions of the laptop, height width and thickness. And if possible -the weight of it. If u can't weigh it, just at least add your zip code, and the dimensions. This way the bidders aren't bidding blindly, they will know how much it will cost them if they decide to bid. Like me for example, i don't like bidding on "exact" shipping items unless I know the actual price it will be. If u add your zip code and the height and width and thickness than your bidders can go to USPS.com and click on CALCULATE A PRICE. That will allow them to add their zip with your zip and the dimensions or weight and see the amount it will cost. I am going to say the best way would probably be flat rate- medium box. But without dimensions idk. Med flat rate boxes are FREE to purchase (order them on USPS website for free or pick them up at the post office --USPS-- for free) so no worry about purchasing shipping supplies. But I believe it is around $12-$13 to ship flat rate med. up to 70lbs!

Just a idea! FW

Godorc95 if you want to make this thing explode, with bids, you might want to take a snapshot of the underside of the laptop. to show the COA, don't make the COA readable, that would be bad, just show that it's there. again just trying to help.

ok folks, this is an expensive laptop to begin with, He took out the hard drive, so what, the machine still works, It's a retail unit and i'm sure the COA is still stuck to the bottom of the laptop. just stick another hard drive in and borrow a windows 8 disk from someone and use the key on the laptop. geez it's not that difficult to understand!!! So what if the hard drive is gone! if you don't like it, don't bid! I already have a drive for this, and id someone wants it, i'll put it up with a GIN in a Different auction. contact me if you want it for this notebook only. I'm watching this auction and will know who the winner is.

F&W btw just trying to help.

So please explain why you took a good hard drive out of a working laptop, to use in I presume A laptop which had a failed HD which you could have purchased a new drive for under $100 Im a little confused.

I have another MSI laptop, which I bought better parts to build for but since i already has a hard drive available I just took the one from this laptop and placed it into my other one. My newer laptop has better specs which did cost a lot more so didnt feel like using more money to buy a hard drive
