This is a Windsor lighter from Japan..
Up for bid is this Windsor round novelty lighter. Made in Japan. Circa 1940-50s. It looks like a silver dollar but it is NOT. Outside looks to be in good condition the inside you can see scratches and has been used. Add this little lighter to your collection today!
