WALL-E's Fire Extinguisher power disc is used as a form of jetpack as it launches you upwards in a blast of fire extinguisher foam. It is considered a rare power disc. The texture on the actual power disc is animated, first it shows Wall-E next to the fire extinguisher but then it shows it flying up in the air with Wall-E looking up.This power disc is the only "rare" disc from series 3.
