Salvaged/Recycled paper images sealed with Mod Podge Matte Sealer then embellished with colorful acrylic rhinestones, with a painted screw to blend with the overall design~~Mod Podge has a tendency to retain brush lines/marks so once dried it's lightly sanded to smooth out brush lines for a flat matte finish
