AT&T USBConect Mercury Modem/ and manual. Was bought by a family member, but they did not use for more than a couple months. The software can be found online. Ineed $1.00 for shipping so that I can package and send. If the bidding goes over 300 I will mail for free. This auction will automatically relist- fro those that no someone that could use this or need time for other auctions to end.

Yes I am pretty sure it will connect to any AT&T wi-fi if you download the software and follow the manual. I believe that is the original reason I took the Item from my family member. If you take a look at the auction for the device I just added a picture of the manual that describes what you are asking. I hope this helps?

Yes and no. If you use it for wi-fi connects in hot spots then you dont need a service provider. If you are going to use it on the road then yes it would need to be connected to AT&T. I hope this helps?
