The listing, Nice vintage type purse has ended.

This is a very nice but unusual purse. There are no tags that I can find that has a name brand or anything.
The handles are round circle and don't bend or anything.
As you can tell from the pictures there is a round ball and a piece of elastic that stretches over the ball for a closure.
