Description

The listing, Light Purple Uncut Fluorite Stone Jewel Rock has ended.

Uncut Fluorite, various colors, This auction is for the shade you see in the picture, If this goes well, I will be offering yellows, pinks, lighter and darker purples, and possibly some completely clear, although that is harder for me to come by.
For those who believe that sort of thing:
Mythology
Fluorite is said to enhance intuition, creativity, concentration and one's sense of order.
It is also said to promote healing, and to facilitate healing work being done with other minerals, and to give protection against many types of diseases.
Fluorite helps to release negative thoughts, and to give protection against them.
The name Fluorite means 'to flow' in Latin. The term 'florescent' also has been derived from fluorite.
Ancient Egyptians used the stone to carve statues and scarabs.
The Chinese used it in carvings for hundreds of years. The Romans used in drinking vessels in order to ward off drunkenness, along with the amethyst.
According to beliefs, the stone opens pathways in the brain to the higher dimensions of light. It increases alertness and mental activity and also helps in grasping complex and abstract concepts. The stone is also a favorite to therapists and counselors. The power of fluorite brings in objectivity and concise, orderly thoughts, actions and behavior. It encourages truth, understanding and wisdom.

After the last few auctions, I will only be shipping to Listia verified addresses, this has become an utter nightmare, that I don't intend to continue with, thank you for your cooperation.

Yeah you should NEVER ship anything-- no matter the excuse of the winner- to any address that is not Listia verified. If they don't send it to u within 7 days, you can relist the item and keep their credits. There is no reasoning in why someone's address can not be verified- unless they are banned from Listia- or they are just scamming. Even if its a new member who does not know how to verify their address- most will figure it out if you tell them to get it verified. Listia allows users to save (verify) multiple addresses to one account, so there's no excuse.

Yeah, I've realized that now, so I updated with that info, it's hard to believe how many people aren't, or don't register, they act like Listia is asking for their firstborn. Christ, I can find out pretty much anything I want about a person on Facebook alone, what's there to worry about anymore, there's no such thing as personal information, just ask the telemarketers I regularly chat with. Lovely people, really. According to one of them, all Americans have credit cards, and I haven't so much as carried a debit card since 2007.

Are these drilled for beading? Thanks!

no, they are completely uncut. fluorite is a softer stone, and I haven't risked it, but it's why it's great for carving.

I know!! I think the majority of the people who are on Listia with no verified addresses and such, are kids. They are all children who downloaded the APP in there iTunes Store on their iPhones or androids. And they are "FREE" and they truely don't understand the rules or anything.
To me- why are u even on this site if U refuse to verify your address. That makes no sense. Lol this site is ALL ABOUT shipping items. Lol it's the whole point. ? Lol
