This DOES NOT have the charger...sorry. Has camera and web capability. I bought this for my mother in December and she only used it to make 3-4 phone calls...so IT'S PRACTICALLY NEW! She went back to her old phone so I hope someone can use this. It's IN PERFECT CONDITION AND NO SCRATCHES AT ALL! Still has the plastic over screen.
