Bentonite clay is a natural clay. The negative charge is activated when mixed with water and is used to pull out toxins. It is also used for facials.

To use: Make a thick paste by adding a small amount of water to a small amount of clay. Use a small glass bowl or jar and a wooden spoon or your finger to stir. Apply to skin and let dry. Rinse with warm water. If you are outdoors and do not have a glass bowl just use a bottle cap.

The other day I forgot to spray with my natural insect spray and came in with a cluster of 10 Mosquito bites. I applied the clay paste, and like magic no more itch! I could not even see the bites. I have also used it for Nettles and Poison Ivy with the same results.
