This is a Billy Williams #26 Cooperstown Collectables T Shirt Size XXL. By Majestic.
It is not perfect. I wore it once, folded in a drawer. I took it out yesterday and there is discolorations on the front of it. I'm not sure if it happened in wash or from being folded away. It may can be fixed or you may not care and just wear it "as is". Please see pics.
