The phone needs to be factory reset and a new operating system put on it, for anyone who is good with Andriods, this is very easy to do. The charging port is BROKEN. Which means you have to charge the batteries with the included wall charging device. You will need to fix the charging port in order to restore the operating system. This is a good phone for someone who knows their Andriods!
