This is the first edition hardcover, printed in 1968. As you can see from the photos, it's a little beat up and stained, but the binding and pages are all still intact. This is a former library book, and there is a card pocket just inside the book. There was a dust jacket, but it was in such poor condition that I took it off and threw it out. Cover is stained from the library tape and worn down on all the edges. The pages are yellowed, and several have small stains. NO torn or missing pages - this book is still very readable! In fact, it's quite interesting to read about what has and has not come to pass since Cayce's predictions in the first half of the 20th century. 207pp

my home is smoke-free and pet-free, although I can't say for sure about the people who owned this book before me. It smells like an old book that's been in storage.
