The listing, Small Blue Diamond has ended.

I just found this! I purchased this small diamond from a jeweler about two years ago when he was going out of business.

I don't know about it's clarity - but it really catches the light beautifully! It's a little under 1/4 carat I was told, and it's a natural blue diamond - not a lab made one.

It's very beautiful, would be lovely in a necklace or ring!

Is it color treated?

I'm really lost on this, I don't know whether it's color treated or heat treated. I bought it for right around $100, if that helps. I do know it's a natural blue diamond, not one made in a lab.
