Sag Harbor-Dress Woman 20w Skirt, 92% polyester and 8% rayon. I measured this skirt waistband to hemline and it was 29-1/2" but then there is also 2" of fringe to add on so all together about 31-1/2". In the back there is a 7-1/2" zipper with elastic on each side. It has about a 37-38" waist (I was measuring with a metal tape measure not a clothes tape) not including the stretch of the elastic. Also in the back is a 9-1/2" slit (including fringe) right in the middle. The color is remarkable orange with black and off white plaid. It is a flirty, fun skirt to wear.
