is this one of the long panels or the short one that goes across the top?

Well, I looked at it...Looks like it's originally a cafe curtain side panel, but it could cover a whole small window, a long valance panel to cover most of an 18" wide window, shorten it for a valance, make into something like a pillow or diaper holder! Does that help?
