that is a good question I bought it from a guy in canada who knows french he tried telling me it was only in french but I was determined thinking it was also in english but its not.

Oh! I think I know why. In the start of the game I think it asks what language you want, and you cant change it later unless you restart a new game. But I'm not 100% sure.
