This particular one is not still in packaging, though it is brand new. I didnt pay attention to the measurements when I bought these and have very short hair, just use clips to hold my bangs back on the side. These are too big for this purpose. And I understand what you are saying but I spent too many years feeling awful about myself and beating myself up to agree with you on this particular issue. I think about others all the time, but when Im getting dressed up to go out somewhere, I do injoy feeling good about myself now! I hope you do too!!
