This locket is small for a photo, can be worn either side it has a star symbol on the back and has two chains, when you wear it it is the second chain, of three, It's a lovely Enamel rose. It is at least 40 years old.

No it won't slip over the neck it's smaller chain is about 16" the locket drapes on your neck between two of the chains.
