This auction is for the little yellow "thing" pictured here otherwise known as a credit card sleeve. (Wallet NOT included.) Comfortably accomodates several cards.

Recent news articles are alerting us to the existence of RFID readers that can read the information on our cards that have RFID strips in them (Radio Frequency Identification) just by standing close to us, while we are out and about anywhere in public.

Online research tells me that two things - water and aluminum foil can block the readers from getting the information. So I made a little sleeve that fits into my wallet that is lined with several layers of aluminum foil. Then I decided to make some more! Here's one.

Materials: Plastic washable exterior and interior, aluminum foil, thread.

This is a great idea for those who aren't as crafty!.... or you could just wrap your wallet in foil like I did when I first read about it lol, I'd figured that if you can conceal a weapon using foil.... it should also work for the cards.. I'm glad you're showing us this piece :D Good luck

Thanks! After I made one of these for myself my boyfriend asked me to make something for his wallet. He found an envelope that was the perfect size to fit into the back of the wallet. I placed two layers of foil in it and sewed a blue stripe fabric onto it. He loves it!

Easiest thing would be to just use the envelope with foil in it.
