No, there are no conditions other than (I believe) that you have to go through a URL to redeem. It was a package that I was awarded from Pampers Gifts to Grow, so I think you have to go through a pampers/shutterfly URL to use it.

from my experience u will have to pay shipping but it is only 3-4 dollars so well worth it
