Yes USPS ( which is your regular post office/ mail) is the cheapest way to ship most items. And you can go to USPS.com and if u have a scale, weigh the item- and put in the weight and the size and also the zip code of the winner, and it will tell you the cheapest option to ship. Also will tell u other prices- like overnight shipping, or priority shipping. Etc.

Flat rate boxes and envelopes are good for heavy items or bulk. Bc they stay the same price no matter where u ship them (us only) and up to 70 pounds. As long as the item(s) fit in the box or envelope also the flat rate supplies (envelopes boxes stickers etc) are free. You can get them at the post office free or order them from the usps.com website and they will ship the boxes n supplies to you free of charge. All the info plus more is on the site.
This is very pretty! My daughter, though she only just turned 12, absolutely loves Vera Bradley! This will make a very cute backpack for the upcoming school year! Can books fit into it? Or is it small like- cosmetics only?

It is not small like for cosmetics and you could put books but not
large books,I would think it could be used for school.
