Possibly, even if there isn't anything the watch should be fine, it's stainless steel so maybe that would help, fanned back

Oh I'm sorry, no. None of them work. It needs new battery's, but the problem is I can't get get the back off, if I could then I would replace the battery.

Just an observation....At least wrap the watch in some napkins and use tape to protect it or it will not make it in one piece.
