Ohh, i'm not sure , I can ask tomorrow when i go ...I do know with the care-Packages.theres a ...apo address form that has to be filled out ...as far as a regular letter......i have not sent ..... Maybe You could call your Local P O and ask that question.....i'm sure the letter will go but I'm not sure about the postage....and it sure seems to me that the P O would offer a "special" price with their fees when these care-packages are being sent to our soldiers .... but NO , they DON'T ....SAD! Anyway...I will ask that question while I'm there tomorrow .... and YES , I see it has :~) and I see YOU are still In the lead :~) No, I have NOT shown the decals to any of them.... our 41 year old neighbor passed at 6:30 pm yesterday......and well,,,, you know .......just hasn't come-up and all the guys are kinda just hanging out at the shop by theirself.... :~( her service is at 1:00 Sat. so...give Me just a lil time .... to get him and the rest around the comp. so I can show them all !! I want to think I saw Joey or somebodies # written beside the decal or something like that...... how about I get them set-up on the phone ...sure it would be easier to talk that way :~) But if thats not what I saw then I'll be sending you a message........
