can you use any kind of soap or do you have to use their soap?

Hand wash only. Flush pump with clear warm water to remove soap build-up.
Unscrew white pump/cap; remove from bottle.
Fill soap to soap fill line; designated by bubbles. Add water to water fill line; designated by faucet.
Screw on white pump/cap, gently turn bottle upside down until soap and water are mixed.
Remove clear cap, depress pump several times to dispense foam.
Replace cap after each use.
For best performance, do not use liquid soap containing moisturizers, moisturizing beads, or any other suspended material. These things will clog the foaming mechanism.
Shampoo and hair gel should not be used; they will not reach desired foaming consistency.
Replacement parts (pump and cap) included if original becomes clogged. Replace and discard original.
Two-year guarantee for noncommercial use. Refer to sales receipt for details.
