FREE: Loofa sponge gourd (bitter melon) - organic seed

I grew these in my organic garden and harvested the seeds last fall.

This is a fun plant to grow and very easy, no care required. Just plant and give it some room to climb. At the end of the season harvest the dried gourds and let fully dry before peeling off the skin. Use the loofahs for skin care or household chores, they are a great natural sponge.

I will give you 10 seeds which is more than you need, so share with neighbors!

I have heard you can eat the small gourds and it is called bitter melon but I've never done that.
