Just purchased but it is too small for me. It says 2 X but I would say it would be for a large.

There is no cup size. The body shaper starts under the breast. That first picture is actually the back side.

I guess it depends on your body shape maybe and how tight you like it. It clearly did not fit me.

I think it would fit you perfectly. I listed a smaller one also that did not fit my daughter, that was a small/med. This one fit her but she wants the other kind specifically. She is a med.
