Please make sure that this Zune is restored to its original state.. The games and music are non-transferable items. When you bought them or agreed to download them for free via legal channels, you've acknowledged that they are for your personal use and can't be transferred or resold. You're profiting (with credits) by including them, so there are copyright issues to consider.
