We have Greeting card stamps, a couple 29 cent hallogram stamps. The movie stamps. Bill of rights stamps.
And that is only part of them.

The majority are on paper yes. looks like someone just cut the stamp off a envelope. Thank you for asking

I didn't count them. I am not a stamp collector so don't know the years they came out. Sorry

I looked at some of the stamps. There is 2 Christmas stamps with a post mark of 1970. There is a 1989 post mark, and 1991 post mark.

I counted 1 of the bags for all those enquiring minds. Just in 1 bag there is 177 stamps.
