Hello, How are you ? I am writing you today to ask a few question on you AWESOME AUCTION!!!! Please understand I mean no disrespect by asking these questions, #1 are they the original Disney Elsa and Anna? #2 the dolls pictured are they the one that the winner will be receiving? #3 Can you please take a photo with your listia name next to it so I can be reassured that this auction in not questionable? #4 Are they used or new? #5 Can you also take a few more photos of their trademark marks these should be located on the wast just above their backsides and on the back of the head just below the hairline and there should be a tags sowed into their dresses with a label saying Disney authentic. I only buy DISNEY original items not fake of china remakes or lookalikes that is why I feel I must ask these questions….. Thank you

Look at the address on the picture. It is labeled aliexpress which is all Asian produced merchandise.

Are the dolls in the photos the EXACT SAME dolls that the winner would be receiving? Because the dolls in the photos are the licensed Disney Store Classic Doll versions which I have been looking for everywhere! If these are the licensed Disney store dolls I'll hands down get them. But not if they are knock offs. I agree, can you post a photo of the real dolls that will be sent?

I'm still a little confused though. From your new photos up, the first one is still a licensed Disney store doll photo, but then the 2nd and 3rd photos the Elsa looks different. She's different in all actually. One she's wearing sleeveless dress because I can see the straps and in the other she's in long sleeves? So which dolls do the winners get because right now you have 3 versions of Elsa up.
But I have a feeling that these arnt dolls from Disney itself are they?

So the 3rd photo up is the doll that will get shipped? The one in the dress with the thin straps and not the long sleeve gown one?
If the first two photos are not the dolls that will be sent then why have the photos of them up? It's just a little misleading is all. That was why I clicked this auction. Those are the ones I've been looking for everywhere and I'd gladly shell out 90-100K credits for a Disney store classic doll.
And if picture 3 is the doll that we get then why have picture 4 up? Cuz that is also confusing as to which doll the winner gets. Short sleeve, long sleeve, photo 3 or photo 4?
I wish I could just see a photo of the real dolls themselves that you'll be sending and not Internet stock pictures of other dolls. Since there's so many versions out there.
