I guess the only question left since i can't see it is what is the condition of the disc? Is it in mint condition, light scatches, or heavy scratches/smudges.

No its does not come with manuel . I have had it for a few years & the manuel was probably lost when my brother used it .

I am ! The negative feedback was from over a year ago & i was just going through a very rough time so i wasnt on the computer !!! But im back at it & iv gotten better & will SHIP OUT !
